COVID-19 Notice: Our reservation and cancellation policy is in effect for all reservations and NO exceptions will be made other than the following. In the event that the government forces the closure of the site following the consequences of covid-19, the reservations concerned will be issued a gift certificate for 100% of the amount of the reservation, valid for 1 year. This rule applies ONLY in the case of our forced closure, and for NO OTHER REASON.

Can I book for one night only?

No, minimum 2 night stays are required. We sometimes do some announcements and promote one night stay offers. Stay tuned and watch our Facebook posts if interested!

Can I reserve more than one unit at a time?

yes, it is possible to reserve more than one unit at a time online. It is even possible to reserve the entire site. To do so, please contact us by phone at 450 518-1748.

What should I bring for my stay?

Your food, your drinks, warm clothes suitable for the temperature. It's always a little colder in Charlevoix. Good walking shoes, a backpack, water bottles, if you plan to hike. Also bring your own toiletries.

Can I bring my pet?

Unfortunately no, for the respect of other guests we have chosen not to allow pets on the site.

Is there internet service in the units?

No, the goal of a stay with us is to take full advantage of the surrounding nature, to get away from everyday life and the grip of technology. On the other hand, if you have a personal internet plan, the signal is excellent in the forest. There will also be WiFi zones on the domain.

What are the reservation and cancellation policies?

Full payment by credit card is required at time of booking. The total amount of the reservation includes GST, QST and tax on lodging. The length of your stay must be a minimum of 2 nights at all times. Please inform us of a late arrival time. Pets are not allowed on the site. Please note that by coming to our premises, you can ensure that sanitary measures are respected and that all our units are cleaned and disinfected between each stay. Plus, you'll be in your own bubble and won't have to come into contact with other people on the site. Our units have their own private bathroom and kitchenette. The Momentôm site is surrounded by nature, so you will have access to large intimate spaces.

How can I get to my unit in the forest?

3 seasons out of 4 of the year, or until there is snow accumulations, you will be able to use your car and drive down to your unit in the forest. In the winter, it is not possible to drive down with your car. There are two options: to walk down to your unit using the complimentary pulk sleds provided to you, or use our shuttle service.

How far away am I from Baie Saint-Paul? From the Massif of Charlevoix? From La Malbaie? From Tadoussac?

We are 13 km from Baie Saint-Paul, 13 km from the Massif of Charlevoix, 62 km from La Malbaie and 136 km from Tadoussac

What can I do on the site?

Rest areas are available on the site. In summer you will have access to the Du Sault river and its basins to swim there (you should not be chilly). You will have access from our site to the network of trails of the MRC and the Great Canadian Trail. You will be able to observe and pick mushrooms, observe the magnificent starry sky from your private spa in nature. Observe the flora and fauna, practice your yoga by the river, go snowshoeing in winter and skate on our small lakes.

Is there parking for my car?

Yes parking is available for your car near the reception.

Can I bring my bike to the site?

Yes it is possible to use your bike on the site. On the other hand, if this is the case, you must not use the walking paths but the wider paths on the domain.

Can I hund and/or fish on the site?

No, hunting and fishing are prohibited on our premises. Lots of moose, small animals and river trout come to visit us and we prefer to observe them rather than eat them!

Is there any outdoor equipment on site?

In the winter, we do offer snowshoes and sledding rentals onsite.
