COVID-19 Notice: Our reservation and cancellation policy is in effect for all reservations and NO exceptions will be made other than the following. In the event that the government forces the closure of the site following the consequences of covid-19, the reservations concerned will be issued a gift certificate for 100% of the amount of the reservation, valid for 1 year. This rule applies ONLY in the case of our forced closure, and for NO OTHER REASON.
No, minimum 2 night stays are required. During the weekend of statutory holidays 3 nights minimum are required. For the holiday season and spring break a minimum of 4 nights is required.
yes, it is possible to reserve more than one unit at a time online. It is even possible to reserve the entire site. To do so, please contact us by phone at 450 518-1748.
Your food, your drinks, warm clothes suitable for the temperature. It's always a little colder in Charlevoix. Good walking shoes, a backpack, water bottles, if you plan to hike. Also bring your own toiletries.
Unfortunately no, for the respect of other guests we have chosen not to allow pets on the site.
No, the goal of a stay with us is to take full advantage of the surrounding nature, to get away from everyday life and the grip of technology. On the other hand, if you have a personal internet plan, the signal is excellent in the forest. There will also be WiFi zones on the domain.

We encourage you to walk to your unit in order to truly live the Momentôm experience. Our trails are signposted and we provide transport carts/sleds at your disposal. There is approximately 1 km of walking between the reception and the accommodation units. However, a transportation service is available on request for an amount of $10 round trip. It is possible to request your transport at the time of your reservation. No car circulates on the domain to respect the tranquility of the guests.
We are 13 km from Baie Saint-Paul, 13 km from the Massif of Charlevoix, 62 km from La Malbaie and 136 km from Tadoussac
Rest areas are available on the site. In summer you will have access to the Du Sault river and its basins to swim there (you should not be chilly). You will have access from our site to the network of trails of the MRC and the Great Canadian Trail. You will be able to observe and pick mushrooms, observe the magnificent starry sky from your private spa in nature. Observe the flora and fauna, practice your yoga by the river, go snowshoeing in winter and skate on our small lakes.
Yes parking is available for your car near the reception.
Yes it is possible to use your bike on the site. On the other hand, if this is the case, you must not use the walking paths but the wider paths on the domain.
No, hunting and fishing are prohibited on our premises. Lots of moose, small animals and river trout come to visit us and we prefer to observe them rather than eat them!
Currently not. On the other hand, from winter 2021-2022 it will be possible to rent equipment. Stay tuned!
