I am thinking of the Hôtel & Spa Le Germain, , previously named the Hôtel La Ferme and developed by none other than Daniel Gauthier, co-founder of Cirque du Soleil. The site visit will enchant you with the contemporary avant-garde
You can also run around in the back fields of the hotel and visit the small farm with animals with very endearing looks. I even made some friends among the beautiful cows typical of the American “Far West”!
For a meal in a “lounge” atmosphere, stop off at the hotel restaurant, Le Bercai. The food is always excellent, served in a relaxed après-ski atmosphere!
Les Labours, located upstairs, more chic and more “jet set”, suits a little more daring budgets and offers meals adapted according to the arrivals and the season of the ingredients. We taste a freshness and a variety of extraordinary local products!
